How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping transit time is separate and varies by destination.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes. We create custom designs and also offer designs that are commercially licensed for finished products. If you have an idea/theme, send details and we will confirm what’s possible.

Can I send my own logo or artwork?

Yes. High-resolution PNG, SVG, PDF, or AI files work best. If your image is low quality, we may recommend adjustments for the best print or sublimation results.

Do you provide proofs?

For many custom/personalized orders, we can provide a proof when needed. If a proof is provided, production begins after approval.

Do you offer bulk or event orders?

Yes. Bulk orders are welcome. Please message us early so we can confirm timeline, quantities, and pricing.

Are engraved cutting boards food safe?

Engraved boards are great for serving and display. For frequent cutting, we recommend using the reverse side to preserve the engraved area. Hand wash only and oil as needed.

How should I care for my items?

• DTF apparel: Wash inside out, cold/warm; low heat dry; do not iron directly on the design.
• Sublimation mugs/boards: Hand wash recommended; avoid abrasive scrubbers.
• Engraved wood/slate: Hand wash only; do not soak; avoid dishwasher.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will replace or resolve the issue.

Do colors look exactly the same as my screen?

Not always. Screens and materials vary, so slight color variation is normal.
