Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with A&H Creative Co. We are based in Newnan, Georgia, and each item is made to order. This policy explains our processing times, shipping options, and what to do if there’s an issue with delivery.

Processing time: All items are made to order in Newnan, Georgia. Please allow 5–7 business days for production. Presale items ship on the date listed on the product page.

Delivery: Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.

Local pickup: Local to Newnan, GA? Select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, then contact Amber at 678-515-6690 to schedule a time.

Personalized items: Custom orders are made exactly as submitted. Please double-check names, spelling and details before you order.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows no movement for 7 days, email us at ahcreativeco26@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
