Thank you for shopping with A&H Creative Co. We are based in Newnan, Georgia, and each item is made to order. This policy explains our processing times, shipping options, and what to do if there’s an issue with delivery.

Processing Time

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Bulk orders may require additional time. If your order needs an extended timeline, we will contact you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Shipping Information

A&H Creative Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it. Once a package is in transit, changes may not be possible.

Local pickup

Local pickup may be available in Newnan, GA. If offered, details and pickup instructions will be provided at checkout or by email.
