Refund policy

Because items are made to order and often personalized, custom/personalized orders are final sale once production begins. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, contact us and we will make it right in line with the policy below.

Returns / Replacements 

We gladly replace items that arrive damaged or if we made an error.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
  • Approved replacements will be produced and shipped as quickly as possible.
