Processing Time
Most items are made to order with an average turnaround of 5-7 business days (plus shipping time).

Customization & Proofs
For personalized items, customers are responsible for entering names/dates/text accurately. Minor layout adjustments may be made to best fit the product. Proofs may be provided at our discretion or upon request (when timing allows).

Returns & Exchanges
Because many items are custom-made, personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our end or an item arrives damaged. Non-personalized items may be eligible for exchange/store credit within a limited window (if unworn/unused)—please contact us.

Damages & Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Follow care instructions listed on each product page. Normal wear/tear and misuse are not considered defects.
